摘要
目的分析医保部门参与基本药物招标的积极作用,使得基本药物招标制度得到完善。方法运用相关利益者理论进行分析。结果与结论医保部门参与基本药物招标,有利于市场机制作用的发挥;有利于基本药物费用的控制;有利于基本药物带预算采购的实施。
Objective To evaluate the positive influence of health care department＇s participating in the tendering of essential pharmaceuticals in order to complete the tendering system of essential pharmaceuticals. Methods The stakeholder theory was utilized for the analysis. Results and Conclusion Health care department＇s participating in the tendering of essential pharmaceuticals was beneficial to exertion of market mechanism, control of the essential pharmaceutical fees and implementation of essential pharmaceutical purchasing with a budget.
