摘要
目的利用ABC分析法对我院制剂室进行科学有效的管理,优化制剂供应机制。方法利用ABC分析法对我院制剂室的品种出库情况进行分类统计,并对制剂配制和库存管理进行深入讨论及合理调整。结果我院制剂室全部36个品种中有7个品种属于A类,9个品种属于B类,其余20种属于C类。分别占制剂品种的19.44%、25.00%、55.56%;金额比率分别是69.75%、21.01%、9.24%。通过实施分类管理,我院制剂室的库存过期报损率从2009年的0.18%下降至如今的0.07%。结论利用ABC分析法进行分类管理,大大提高了我院制剂室管理的科学性,降低了成本损耗,保障了临床供应。
Objective To apply ABC analysis to conduct scientific and effective management for our hospital preparation room, so as to optimize the agent supply system. Methods ABC analysis was used for the classification statistical analysis of out-storage species in our hospital preparation room, and pharmaceutical preparations and inventory management were discussed in depth and adjusted rationally. Results According to ABC analysis, there were seven species belonging to A category, nine species belonging to B category in all thirty six varieties, and the remaining twenty species belonged to C category. And their proportions of total preparation types were 19.44%, 25.00% and 55.56%, respectively, the amount ratios were 69.75%, 21.01% and 9.24% respectively. Through the implementation of category management, the reported overdue and loss rate of preparations dropped from 0.18% in 2009 to recent 0.07%. Conclusion It greatly enhanced the scientific management of our hospital preparation room, reduced the loss of cost, and ensured the clinical supply by applying ABC analysis.
