摘要
分析了古籍文献的价值多重性,阐明了古籍文献保护与利用之间的关系,针对公共图书馆古籍文献保护与利用面临的观念、条件、人才和制度等四大问题,提出了相应的对策建议。
This paper analyzes on the multi-dimensional value of ancient books, expounds the relationship between ancient books protection and ancient books utilization, and in the light of four main problems faced by the protection and utilization of ancient books in public library including concepts, conditions, talents and systems, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
