摘要
目的:为观察康复新液保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的治疗效果。方法:将93例溃疡性结肠炎患者分为治疗组(56例)和对照组(37例),治疗组采用康复新液保留灌肠,对照组采用中药汤剂保留灌肠。结果:治疗组总有效率92.9%,对照组总有效率78.4%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:康复新液保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎可有效地改善症状,缩短疗程,提高治愈率。
Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects of retention enema with the Kanfuxing solution on the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods ：93 patients with ulcerative colitis were divided into treatment group （ 56 cases ） and the control group （ 37cases）, the treatment group were giver retention enema with the Kangfuxing solution,the control group were treated with retention enema with Chinese medicine. Results ： The total effective rate was 92.9% in treatment group and control group in the total effective rate was 78.4% , Two group total effectiveness is statistically significant difference （P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： treating ulcerative colitis by retention enema with the Kangfuxing solution can effectively improve symptoms, shorten the period of treatment, enhance the curative rate.
