摘要
针对胜利油田樊家回注污水站外输污水腐蚀速率长期超标的问题,从沿程节点开展腐蚀速率的测试,通过污水水性、腐蚀因素的分析研究,发现樊家站污水流经悬浮床后,腐蚀速率明显升高,悬浮床处理流程不合理是外输水腐蚀速率超标的主要原因。通过优化加药工艺,使腐蚀速率得到控制,现场实施后,外输水腐蚀速率从0.391mm/a降到0.087mm/a,降低77.7%。
In allusion to the problem of long over-standard corrosive rate of output sewage in Fanjia Recycled Water Station of Shengli Oilfield,the corrosion rate was tested at nodes along the waterline,the property of sewage and corrosive rate were analyzed,it was found out that the corrosive rate raised significantly after it flowed through the suspension bed,and the main reason of the problem was the treatment process of suspension bed.The corrosion rate is controlled by optimizing dosing process,after it is used in the oilfield,the corrosion rate of the output sewage decreases from 0.391 mm/a to 0.087 mm/a,it is reduced by 77.7%.
