卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗产后出血的疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的观察欣母沛(卡前列素氨丁三醇)治疗产后出血的疗效。方法选取我院2009年1月—2011年1月收治的宫缩乏力所致的产后出血患者120例,随机分成A、B两组,每组各60例。A组患者采用欣母沛治疗;B组患者采用常规方法治疗。观察各组患者止血情况。结果 A组效果显著25例,效果一般24例,明显无效11例;B组效果显著6例,效果一般17例,明显无效37例。两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用欣母沛治疗产后出血有积极作用,不良反应少及并发症少。
