摘要
培养、发展一线劳动者是社区学院的职能与要务，开展农民工培训，提高其综合素质与技能，关乎2、4亿各年龄段农民工的发展与生活、工作，事关社会、国家发展，培训农民工重要、必要，刻不容缓!时下，维护、保障农民工教育与文化权益，开展农民工培训，存在重视度不够、研究滞后、工作责任不清、投入保障亟待加强与培训的针对性、有效性不足等问题。为此，学院当在创业培训、农村实用技术培训和提升就业竞争力、促进农民工市民化等方面有所作为，以主动服务农民工的发展，切实履行自己的职责。使农民工更好适应城市文明和城市生活方式，更好实现个人发展，更快融入当地的生活，共建共享幸福城市，并能为城市发展做更大的贡献，这是社区学院培训农民工的指向与内涵。
