4个油茶物种的光合特性研究 被引量:20

摘要 以普通油茶、小果油茶、浙江红花油茶、攸县油茶为试材,利用Li-Cor6400XT便携式光合作用系统测定了不同物种油茶秋季光合作用日变化及光响应曲线.结果表明:4种油茶秋季的净光合速率日变化均呈单峰曲线,无光合午休现象,最大净光合速率从大到小依次为小果油茶、普通油茶、浙江红花油茶、攸县油茶;4种油茶蒸腾速率日变化也均为单峰曲线.根据4种油茶的光响应曲线得出,小果油茶光补偿点(Lcp)最高,利用弱光光合能力最低,Lcp从大到小依次为小果油茶、浙江红花油茶、普通油茶、攸县油茶;光饱和点(Lsp)最大的为普通油茶,小果油茶和攸县油茶次之,浙江红花油茶最小,说明普通油茶在高光强下具有更好的光合能力. Abstract: The Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system was used to determine the diurnal variations in pho tosynthesis of oil-tea (Camellia) species C. oleifera, C. meiocarpa, C. cheleiangoleosa and C. yuhsienen sis in autumn and their light response curves were obtained. The diurnal variation in net photosynthetic rate of the four species presented a single-peak curve, and no midday depression of photosynthesis was detected. The maximum net photosynthetic rate was in the order of C. Meiocarpa〉 C. oleifera 〉C. cheleiangoleosa 〉 C. yuhsienensis. Their diurnal variation in transpiration rate also presented a single peak curve. According to their light-response curves, C. meiocarpa had higher light compensation point (Lcp) than the other species, i.e. in the order of C. Meiocarpa 〉 C. chekiangoleosa 〉 C. oleifera 〉C. yuh sienensis. Therefore, C. meiocarpa had the lowest ability to utilize weak light. Of the four species studied, C. oleifera had the highest light saturation point (Lsp), followed in sequence by C. meiocarpa/C. yuhsienensis and C. cheteiangoleos, thus indicating that C. oleifera is superior to the other species in photosynthesis under high light intensity.
