摘要
分娩是一个伴有心理和社会功能的调节与适应的复杂生理过程，分娩方式一直以来都是产妇及其家属极为关心的问题。但近年来，剖宫产临床居高不下，已经引起社会的极大关注。产时服务模式的改变直接关系到母婴安全，有效的护理支持能缩短产程，减轻产痛，改善产妇的主观感受，降低剖宫产率。本文旨在综述近年来产时护理支持模式在自然分娩的作用，以期为临床护理提供理论支持。
Parturition was a complex physiological process which accompanied adjustment and adaptation by psychological and social function. The mode of delivery was a matter of concern by lying - in woman and their families. But in recent years, cesarean section was high, which had attracted more and more public concern. Labor service model change was directly related to the safety; effective nursing support can shorten birth process, reduce pain, improve maternal subjective feeling, and reduce the rate of cesarean section. This article re- viewed in recent years in intrapartum nursing support pattern in natural childbirth function, in order to provide theoretical support for clinical nursing.
