摘要
鉴于气液两相螺旋流在实际中的重要作用,且目前国内外对其鲜有研究报道,该文以空气和水为实验介质,利用高速摄像机对以纽带为起旋装置下的水平管内气液两相螺旋流的流型进行了研究。实验研究发现,存在螺旋波状流、螺旋泡状流、螺旋轴状流和螺旋弥散流四种典型的流型,并着重讨论了纽带的扭率对流型转换边界和流动压降的影响。该实验研究为今后对气液两相螺旋流的研究奠定了基础。
In view of the importance of the gas-liquid two-phase spiral flow and the few research report at home and abroad, gas-liquid two-phase spiral flow patterns have been researched in the horizontal pipe with the twist tape by ways of observation with high-speed camera. The flow patterns appeared in the experiment was divided into Spiral Wavy Flow (SW), Spiral Bubble Flow (SB), Spiral Axial Flow (SA), and Spiral Dispersed Flow (SD) by our observation and references on the predecessors' research achievements. The flow pattern map has been drawn. The influence of rate of twist on flow pattern conversion boundary and pressure drop has been studied, and the future research has been laid the foundation.
