摘要
简要介绍了血液分离胶的工作原理,综述了以有机硅材料或高分子碳氢化合物材料为基础制备血液分离胶的方法。从具有更好生理惰性与化学稳定性,减少血液分离胶对检测结果影响等方面来说,有机硅材料仍将是今后开发新型血液分离胶主体材料的最佳选择。
How blood separating gel works was briefly introduced and the methods for its preparation from silicone materials or hydrocarbon polymer were summarized in detail. Due to its better physiological inert, chemical stability and lower impact on clinical test, silicone materials were considered to be the best basic material for the future development of new blood separation gel.
