摘要
介绍了核电阀门相关标准的规定及其产品的特殊性、安全性和可靠性。分析了国内外核电阀门在企业管理、阀门研发设计和产品生产制造工艺及辅助加工设备等方面的能力与水平。提出了核电阀门产业应列入国家核电成套设备国产化计划,整合国内相关资源和集中人力、资金进行技术开发和科研攻关,促使核电阀门国产化并逐步向高端领域发展的建议与设想。
This paper introduces the relevant provisions of the standard nuclear power valve and the particularity of the products, safety and reliability. Analysis of domestic and international nuclear power valve in the enterprise management, the valve research and development design and product manufacturing technology and auxiliary processing equipment ability and level. Puts forward the nuclear power valve industry should be included in the national nuclear power of complete sets of equipment localization plan, the integration of relevant domestic resources and concentrate manpower and money for tech- nology development and research, make nuclear power valve localization and gradually to high-end field development Suggestions and ideas.
