摘要
针对某超大型塔机过渡节和上下回转支座结构建立两种有限元模型,分别对两者进行强度分析,并根据结构轻量化的设计要求修改了结构参数,优化了结构,提高了结构承载的安全性和稳定性。
To ensure the security of super tower crane under bridge construction, different finite element models were established for key transition structures and upper and lower slewing basement of super tower crane, and the numerical simulations which aimed at the loading performance were carried out. Based on the results of the simulation, structure parameters were modified according to the requirements of minmizing the total weight and improving the performance. Consequently, security and structure stability were enhanced under bearing weight.
