摘要
对于位居高空大跨度重型承重模板宜采用梁吊式承重模板 ,但要满足规范规定的刚度要求将不能充分发挥钢材的强度使耗钢量巨大。我们采用许用应力法设计 ,后计算变形 ,再用垫尖起拱抵消浇筑变形 ,并配套有效地控制裂缝的浇筑方法。达到了节省钢材 ,使混凝土结构变形达到规范要求。
Using hanging load form in high place with large span where heavy load form is needed can meet the stiffness requirement specified in the specifications. However, more steel will be consumed because the steel strength can not be fully utilized. It is suggested that the load form should be designed by using permissible stress method and the calculation of deformation is carried out in this paper. Then the bed course can be used to offset the deformation and effective method can be used to control the cracks in placing concrete. This method can reduce the steel consumption and obtain excellent concrete quality.
