摘要
轴向相对位置是影响串列叶栅气动性能的一个重要参数。在保证栅距方向相对位置不变的情况下,运用Numeca对串列叶栅进行数值模拟计算。对比所选取的5种轴向相对位置串列叶栅总体性能和细节流场,得出结论。合理地配置串列叶栅前后排叶片轴向相对位置,使其狭缝射流作用更为明显。逆压力梯度降低,附面层增长缓慢。二次流强度降低,前后排叶片尾迹掺混程度减弱,通流能力和扩压能力增强,总压损失降低。
Axial displacement is an important parameter for tandem cascade, which affects compressor aerody- namic performance significantly. With the same tangential displacement, five different axial displacements were set for numerical simulations with numeca software. Appropriate axial displacement could strengthen the air flow to pre- vent the boundary layer from improving, weaken the secondary flow strength and improve the diffusion capacity, which could weaken or eliminate the flow separation and decrease the total pressure loss indeed.
