摘要
由于设计、制造误差和磨损,运动副中的间隙是不可避免的。间隙使实际机构与理想机构的运动发生偏离,降低了机构运动精度,导致供拨弹不到位,影响供弹可靠性。考虑齿轮副中心距偏差和快速接头处间隙,建立了含间隙的某供弹机构的仿真模型;并基于Adams进行运动仿真,定量地分析间隙对机构运动精度的影响,并提出补偿间隙的方法。
Joint clearance is unavoidable due to the design error, manufacturing error and wearing, the motion of actual mechanism deviated from the motion of ideal mechanism because of the clearance, so the mechanism mo- tion precision was decreased, ammunition feeding and cartridge feeding was not in position, and the reliability of ammunition feeding was affected. The center distance deviation of gear pair and the clearance at quick connector were considered, the simulation model of a ammunition feed mechanism containing clearance was established, the motion simulation was accomplished based on Adams, the effect of clearance on mechanism motion precision was analyzed quantitatively, and a method was proposed to compensate the clearance.
