摘要 建立了一种用于测定不同化妆品中5种硝基麝香含量的气相色谱-负化学源质谱联用(NCI-GC/MS)方法。通过丙酮/正己烷混合液超声提取化妆品中的硝基麝香,提取液经气相色谱-负化学源质谱联用仪检测,氘代二甲苯麝香内标法定量。方法对化妆品中5种硝基麝香的加标回收率在88.81%~104.92%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)不大于5.75%,在10.0~500.0μg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,灵敏度高,各物质的最低检测限可达到2.0~10.0μg/kg。方法操作简单,选择性好,能有效消除复杂基体干扰,可作为常见化妆品中硝基麝香类化合物含量检测的确证方法。 A confirmatory method is presented for the determination of five kinds of nitro-musk in different cosmetics by gas chromatography-negative chemical ionization/mass spectrometry (NCI-GC/MS). Samples are extracted under ultrasonication using a mixture of acetone/hexane and then the extracted solution are qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed under the SIM mode. and employing d15 musk xylene as internal standard. Using blank cosmetics samples spiked with mixture standard, the recovery is in the range from 88.81% to 104.92% and the relative standard deviation (RSDs) is no more than 5.75%. The limits of the method is about 2.0 to 10.0 μg/kg. The method is accurate, rapid and sensitive, and adapt to the inspection of five kinds of nitro-musk in cosmetics.
