人们生活的世界包含了各种各样的规范,任何人在其中生活都要形成规范意识,养成符合规范的行为方式。全球互联网兴起后,网络空间逐渐成为现代人最重要的一个生活空间,这个空间也包含了各种各样的规范,网民在其中生活,也必须形成网络规范意识,养成符合网络规范的行为方式。然而,网民网络规范意识与行为的形成与发展过程不是一蹴而至的,这一过程包含了"外在规范"、"外在规范———内在规范"、"内在规范"三个阶段,只有当网民将网络规范内化为内在规范才标志着网民网络规范意识与行为真正形成。
The world we live in contains different norms, if people want to live in the world, they have to form the norm consciousness and develop the behavior to conform to the norm. With the rise of the internet, the cyberspace becomes one of the important spaces for the modern, it also contains different norms, if the netizen would like to live in it, they must form the network norm consciousness and develop the behavior to conform to the network norm too. However, this process can＇t be finished in one short period, it will experience three stages： ＂external norm＂, ＂external norm--internal norm＇and＇internal norm＂. Finally, the netizen internalize the network norm to the internal norm, it signs that their network norm consciousness and action has formed truly.
