摘要
用4头大约克×长沙大围子杂交阉公猪做回直肠吻合术 ,其中两头装有十二指肠“T”型瘘管。分别用全收糜法(CCD)和可动尼龙袋法(NMBT)测定猪饲料营养物质回肠消化率。结果表明 :(1)活动尼龙袋法测得的粗蛋白消化率显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)地高于全收糜法表观消化率 ,与真消化率相近 ;干物质消化率则与全收糜法的表观消化率相近。(2)从消化道排出的尼龙袋经过漂洗后 ,消化率比未经漂洗的尼龙袋高(P<0.05) ,漂洗4分钟与8分钟的养分消化率差异不显著(P>0.05)。胃蛋白酶浓度在0.03 %~0.10 %的范围内对消化率没有影响。(3)尼龙袋样品经酸性胃蛋白酶溶液预处理4小时与2.5小时 ,对大多饲料的养分消化率没有显著影响(P>0.05);只有鱼粉预处理4小时的消化率高于预处理2.5小时(P<0.01)。(4)回直肠吻合猪十二指肠活动尼龙袋法测定饲料营养物质回肠消化率是一种快速经济的方法。
The use of MNBT for determination of ileal digestibilities of DM and CP in 9 tested feeds was studied.Bags,measuring 25×40mm2 and containing 1g feed samples,were introduced into the pig gastrointestinal tract through a duodenal cannula,and recovered in the ileal digesta 12~24 hour later on. 1.The disappearances of DM and CP(nitrogen×6.25)from the bags was compared with in vivo apparent and true ileal digestibilities,determined by ileal digesta collection method in ileorectal anostomosis pigs.The CP digestibilities in all of the tested feeds determined by MNBT were signficantly(P<0.01 or P<0.05)higher than apparent those determined by ileal digesta collection,but similar to the results of the ture ileal digestibilites.There were similar values of DM digestibilities determined by the two methods. 2.There were no significant differences of the ileal digestibilities in tested samples between the washed and unwashed bags, and between 4 minute and 8 minute washing bags.The digestibilities determined under different prepsin concentrations(0.03%,0.07% and 0.1%) were also not significant. 3.The ileal digestibilities in the tested samples,exception of fish meal,detenmined by MNBT were not effected by the different predigestion times(2.5h and 4h). According to the results,it is concluded that deodenum mobile nylon bag technique with ileo-rectal anastomosis pigs is a rapid and less cost method for determining ileum digestibilities of feed nutrients.
