摘要
糖尿病足的治疗在临床上多以中西医相结合、内治外治相结合。西医通过介入、手术、自体干细胞移植等具备现代医学优势的治疗方法,提高了对本病的治愈能力。中医药在全身治疗的基础上,可以充分发挥多途径、多靶点的治疗优势,其分型、分期辨证论治;内服中药改善全身情况,局部伤口彻底清创引流,外敷药物取得显著的疗效。但糖尿病足的临床研究仍存在几个问题,亟待解决。
