摘要
采用挤压法对肉骨粉进行预处理,再经正己烷溶剂浸出,以获得脱脂肉骨粉,并通过响应面分析法对肉骨粉挤压预处理的主要参数进行了优化。结果表明,最优挤压条件为:物料含水率10%,机筒温度50℃,螺杆转速130 r/min。在此条件下挤压物料容重、渗滤性得到提高,浸出油中杂质含量大大降低,经测定浸出30 min后残油率仅为0.42%。
Meat and bone meal (MBM) was pretreated by extruding, and defatted MBM was obtained by hexane leaching. The parameters of extrusion were optimized by response surface methodology. The re- suits showed that the optimal extrusion conditions were as follows:moisture content of feed 10%, sleeve temperature 50℃ and rotating speed of screw 130 r/min. Under these conditions, the bulk density and percolation of extruded MBM increased;the content of impurity in leached crude oil decreased, and the residual oil rate was only O. 42% after leaching for 30 rain.
