摘要
目的了解目前吉林省内医院病案科建设现状,为改善我省医院病案科建设提供依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法对吉林省内50家医院病案科发放调查问卷,调查问卷以电子邮件的方式发给各医院病案科,并请科室负责人填写。结果吉林省病案科从业人员配置结构不合理,女性占83.19%、85.43%的人员在30岁以上,且学历层次偏低;在专业背景方面,临床医学和护理学专业的占54.88%;92%的医院编制床位数与病案管理人员比例在50:1以上。此外,病案科的隶属关系不合理、工作职能不全面。结论建议医院领导对病案科建设给予重视,出台鼓励政策以吸纳专业性强的年轻人员;重视病案科从业人员的培训与继续教育,提高医院病案管理的整体水平。
Objective To investigate the current development status of medical record department, then provide basis for the im- proving of the development of medical record department in 50 Hospitals in Jilin Province. Method To issue questionnaires to medical record department of 50 hospitals in Jilin Province by means of random sampling method. The questionnaires are sent in electronic mail way, and the leaders of the departments are invited to fill in them. Results The configuration structure of Jilin Province medical record departments employees is irrational, females are accounted for 83.19%, age focus on above 30 years old take a percent of 85. 43% with relatively low education background. In aspects of professional background, the ratio of employees who are majored in clin- ical medicine and nursing is 54.88%. The proportion of the hospital preparation bed spaces and medical record administrative staff in 92% is over 50:1. In addition, the relationship of administrative subordination in medical record department is unreasonable and job function is not comprehensive. Condusion We suggest the leaders of hospital pay enough attention to the development of medical record department, issue encouragement policies to absorb better professional young people, attach importance to the training and con- tinning education of employees, thus to improve the hospitals' general standard of the management of medical records.
