BIM是一种理念也是一种技术,它改变了设计师的思维方式和思维维度,把人们对建筑进行全方位全生命周期的优化和管理这一愿望变为了可实现的目标。该项目运用BIM软件分析采光、能源效率、可持续性设计以及材料等建筑性能的方方面面,实现了低能耗,并借助通风、采光、气流组织以及视觉对人心理感受的控制等,实现了节能环保,还在项目方案完成过程中计算日照、模拟风环境等,进行方案比选,为建筑设计的"绿色探索"注入高科技力量。

BIM software was used to analysis the aspects of daylighting, energy effect, continual design and material and so on, realized the aim of lower energy consume. By dint of ventilation, daylighting, air tlow arrangement and vision controlling the psychology realized saving energy and environment protection, and calculated the sunlight, simulated the wind enviroment during fulfill the project scheme, compared and selected the scheme. enhanced the power of science and technology for "green exploration" of architecture design.
