摘要
结合Siemens NX软件的空间曲线、曲面建模方法,分析了复杂异形弹簧的外形特点,提出了三种用来创建异形弹簧的技巧,总结比较了各种方法的特点和应用范围。该研究为相关企业技术人员提供了异形弹簧的快速建模方法,同时也可为高等院校相关课程提供教学参考。
Three modeling techniques to create irregular shape springs were proposed based on the springs shape irregularity analysis and the 3D curve & surfacing modeling approaches of Siemens NX software. The features and the application scopes were summarized for the specific methodology. The study provided a quick modeling guidance for the enterprises manufacturing springs related parts. Also, it could be served as the teaching reference for the high education institutions curriculum.
