摘要
本实验结果显示,大鼠耗竭游泳时,心肌和股四头肌线粒体脂质过氧化水平升高,心磷脂含量下降,并同时测定到细胞色素C氧化酶活性的降低。
The effects of exhaustive swimming on the mitochottdrial cytochrome C oxidase activity and cardi-
olipin content were investigated in rat myocardium and quadriceps. After exhaustive swimming, it was
found that cytochrome C oxidase activities for both myocardium mitochondria and quadriceps mitoch-
ondria as well as cardiolipin contents in the same tissues significantly decreased. The levels of lipid
peroxidation for both tissues mentioned above significantly elevated.
Based on the point of view of free radical biology and membrane lipid--membrane protein intera-
ction, these results suggest that reactive oxygen species may play an important role in mitochondrial
injury induced by exhaustive exercise.
