简述了产品编码信息的分类方法和意义,根据圆锯片信息码"麻将孔"加工的要求,设计了专用的龙门式圆锯片打标机。介绍了研制过程中的设计方案、设备组成及运行原理。通过实践运行,证明了设备达到了设计目标。
The classification methods and significance of the product code information are introduced. A special gantry-type marking machine for circular saw blade is designed according to the requirements of marking the information of ＂mahjong hole＂ code on the circular saw. The process design, composition and operation principle of the equipment are introduced. The practical operation proves that the design objective is achieved.
