摘要
中国的社会建设事业需要志愿行为和志愿服务,志愿服务是以自觉自愿和不计报酬的方式参与社会生活、促进社会进步、推动社会事业发展。目前社会建设逐步向民生层面发展,向纵深层面推进。如何在推进社会建设中确立志愿服务新的定位,发挥好志愿服务的独特作用是当前一项紧迫的现实课题。从长远看,志愿服务将成为引领社会文明的风向标,展现社会风貌与活力的正能量,志愿行为已成为社会建设的现实需要,志愿精神是社会建设的价值基础,志愿组织是社会建设的民主参与路径。
The program of Chinese social construction needs volunteer actions and volunteer service. Volunteer service means taking part in social life, promoting social progress and the？ development？ of social undertakings in the？ manner？ of self-consciousness？ and regardless of the pay. At present, the social construction is gradually developing to？ people＇s livelihood level？ and advancing to the depth. It＇s an urgent and realistic issuse for how to fix the new position of volunteer service and put the unique function of volunteer service into good use during the process of the social construction. In the long run, volunteer service will become the vane guiding the social civilization and the positive energy to show social style and vitality. Voluntary behavior has become realistic needs of the social construction, the volunteer spirit is the value base of the social construction, voluntary organization is the path of democratic participation.
