摘要
为了满足电网中对252kV罐式断路器三相机械联动的要求,需要对原LW24-252分相罐式断路器进行改进,利用原LW24-252产品的灭弧室结构,对传动部分进行改进,介绍了一种三相机械联动的设计方案,经测试,各项特性曲线,包络线和原分相断路器进行比,特性均相符要求,并通过型式试验验证,现已经在工程上得到应用。
In order to meet the requirements of three-phase mechanical linkage of 252kV can-type circuit breaker in an electric network, the former LW24 -252 split-phase can-type circuit breaker meeds to be improved. Use the former LW 24 -252 arc chamber structure to improve drive parts. The paper presents a design scheme of three-phase mechanical linkage . After test, various characteristic curves, envelope curves and the former split-phase circuit breaker are compared, the characteristics meet requirements ,which has heen used in the engineering.
