摘要
本文从学情分析、教学内容设计、教学方法、教学资源和教学评价等方面,就如何优化任职教育课程设计进行了探讨,力求为任职教育课程改革提供借鉴。
This paper focused on the connotation and characteristics of the post education, discussed the optimization of teaching design from the analysis of students＇ learning state, the design of teaching contents, the teaching methods, the teaching resource and the teaching evaluation, so as to provide references for the curriculum reform of the post education.
