小外径输尿管镜联合钬激光治疗输尿管结石186例临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨小外径输尿管镜联合钬激光治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法采用钬激光联合小外径输尿管镜治疗输尿管结石186例,评价临床治疗效果。结果一次性碎石成功179例,成功率为96.2%。手术时间15~50min,平均(30.0±8.6)min;住院时间为5~8d,平均(6.0±0.9)d。术中无输尿管穿孔、黏膜撕脱等发生。碎石成功179例均术后3、6个月随访,出现输尿管狭窄1例。结论小外径输尿管镜联合钬激光治疗输尿管结石是一种安全、高效的微创方法,是治疗输尿管结石的首选手术方式。 Objective To discuss about the clinical effects of small outer diameter ureteroscopy combine with holmium laser in the treatment of ureteral calculus. Methods A total of 186 patients with ureteral stones treated with small outer diameter ureteroscopic combined with holmium laser were analyzed and evaluated of clinical effects. Results A total of 179 cases successfully went lithotripsy in one time; the success rate was 96.2%. Surgery time were 15-50 min, with the average time of (30.0±8.6) min; hospitalization time were 5-8 d, with the average time of (6.0±0.9) d. No intraoperative ureteral perforation or mucosal avulsion occurred. Follow-up for the 179 patients who successfully went lithotripsy in one time after 3 months, 6 months showed there one case of ureteral stricture. Conclusion Small outer diameter ureteroscopie combine with holmium laser is a safe, efficient and minimally invasive method and is the first choice in the surgery of ureteral calculus.
