摘要
目的探讨分析应用后路椎间盘镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年8月～2011年9月本院应用手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症89例患者的临床资料,根据手术方法的不同进行分组,其中,47例行后路椎间盘镜手术治疗者列为观察组,42例行传统开放手术治疗者列为对照组,对比两组的疗效。结果观察组疗效优良率为95.7%,对照组为92.8%,两组优良率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但观察组的卧床时间及住院时间均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05),术中失血量较对照组明显减少(P<0.05)。结论后路椎间盘镜手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,具有损伤小、出血少、卧床时间短、住院时间短、术后恢复快等优点。
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of posterior lumbar diskoscope for treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods Clinical data of 89 cases of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc being made surgical treatment in our hospital from August 2009 to September 2011 was analyzed retrospectively. They were divided into different groups on the basis of different surgical methods. 47 cases among them being made posterior lumbar diskoscope surgery were listed in the observation group, and 42 cases being made conventional open surgery were listed in the control group. The curative effects of two groups were compared. Results The excellent rate of curative effect of the observation group was 95.7%, and 92.8% was for the control group. There was no statistical meaning in excel- lent rate between two groups （P 〉 0.05）. However, time in bed and hospital stays of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group obviously （P 〈 0.05）, and intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was significantly reduced by comparison with the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Posterior lumbar diskoseope has determined curative effect for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. It has many advantages including small wound, less blood loss, short time in bed and hospital stays, rapid postoperative recovery and etc.
