摘要
武钢四烧烟气脱硫系统采用了以液氨作为脱硫剂的氨基湿法烟气脱硫工艺。本文重点介绍其自动控制系统,包括软、硬件配置及主要控制功能模块等。结合程序设计和调试过程,分析了其中有待完善和改进的地方,以期为后续氨法脱硫工艺的自动化系统设计提供参考。
The amino wet type flue gas desulphurization process with the liquid ammonia as the desulfurizing agent was adopted for the flue gas desulphurization system of Wusteel No.4 sintering plant. The automatic control system of this system including software and hardware configuration and main control function modules etc were introduced emphatically in this paper. In combination with the program design and debugging process, the parts to be perfected and improved were analyzed, which will provide reference for automation system design of downstream ammonia method desulphurization process in the future.
