新疆伽师酸梅核仁油中脂肪酸及不皂化物组成分析 被引量:3

摘要 试验对新疆伽师酸梅核仁的基本成分进行了分析,并采用索氏提取法提取伽师酸梅核仁中的油脂,样品经甲酯化和皂化后,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对所得油脂的脂肪酸及不皂化物的组成进行了定性定量分析。结果表明:伽师酸梅核仁粗脂肪质量分数为35.24%,粗蛋白质量分数为32.61%;伽师酸梅核仁油中不饱和脂肪酸质量分数为91.09%,油酸质量分数高达65.87%;伽师酸梅核仁油中植物甾醇含量很高,其中5α-豆甾-3(7)-烯-3β-醇的质量分数达68.06%。伽师酸梅核仁是一种极具开发潜力的油料资源。 Basic components of Jiashi plum kernel was analyzed, and Jiashi plum kernel oil were extracted by Soxhlet extractor,after being methylated and saponified, the fatty acids composition and unsaponifiable matters were analyzed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry ( GC - MS). The results indicated that the content of crude pro-tein and crude fat in the kernels of Jiashi plum kernel were 35.24% and 32.61% respectively. The total unsaturated fatty acids of the Jiashi plum kernel oil was 91.09% with oleic acid being the dominant fatty acid ( up to 65.87% ). Phytosterols were the main component of the unsaponifiable matters in Jiashi plum kernel oil, and the relative content of stigmast - 7 - en - 3 - ol, (3beta,5alpha) was up to 68.06%. So Jiashi plum kernel has the potential to be exploi- ted as a valuable oil resource.
