摘要
目的探讨5884例婴幼儿的神经发育状况,进行针对性的早期教育,促进其智能发育。方法采用上海医科大学儿科医院编制的《0-6岁儿童发育筛查测验》(DST)对5884例婴幼儿进行运动、社会适应、智力三大能区检测,利用SPSS软件对发育商(OQ)、智力指数(MI)及各年龄段发育落后项目进行统计分析。结果5884例婴幼儿DQ为95.11±17.40,MI为100.26016.42,均符合正态分布。DQ正常率77.4%,可疑率17.0%,异常率5.6%。正常儿运动、社会适应、智力三个能区中至少1项未通过率分别为20.7%、9.8%、17.1%,经,检验,均P〈0.01,显示运动能区未通过率最高,其次是智力能区,社会适应的未通过率最低。未通过的关键项目有:手膝爬行、按令再见、听铃声转头等。结论通过DST筛查可以早期发现发育落后的儿童,针对不同的发育落后项目制定适宜的早教计划。
Objective To study the neural development status of 5 884 infants so as to take proper early education for promoting their intelligence development. Methods Totally 5 884 infants were tested on the development of motion, social adaptation and intelligence by the Developmental Screening Test(DST) for Children Aged 0-6 years made by Pediatric Hospital of Medical University of Shanghai. The developmental quotient (DQ), mental index (MI) and the slowly-developed items at different ages were analyzed with SPSS software. Results The average DQ of 5 884 infants was 95.11 ±17.40 and MI was 100.26 ±16.42, which accorded with normal distribution. The normal rate, suspicious rate and abnormal rate of DQ was 77.4% , 17% and 5.6% , respectively. The incidence of failure on at least one item in motion, social adaptation and intelligence area was 20.7%, 9.8% and 17.1%, respectively. According to X2 test, the incidence of failure on items in motion area was highest, followed by that in intelligence, and that in social adaptation was lowest ( all P 〈 0.01 ). The key items of failure included hands and knees crawling, goodbye according to order, turning head when hearing bell ring. Conclusion Through DST screening, children with development retardation can be found early, and proper early education programs should be provided accordint to different developmental items.
