摘要
以不同煤种为研究对象,按不同的粒度进行程序升温实验,采集不同温度时产生的气体进行气相色谱分析,以期分析煤氧化过程中产生指标CO,C2H4和C2H6气体量以及气体浓度的变化规律。实验结果表明:不同煤种低温氧化产生指标气体的温度不同,煤变质程度越高,氧化能力越低,特征温度越高;CO和C2H4产生量与温度呈指数关系;并确定了在相同温度段不同煤种CO和C2H4产生量的关系。
Taking different coal as the study object, programmed temperature rising experiments were conducted base on different size of coal. Gas chromatography analyses were conducted on the gas collected from different temperature in order to analyze the index CO, C2H4 and C2H6 gas values from the coal oxidation process and the variation law of the gas concentration. The experiment results showed that the temperature of the index gas from the low temperature oxidation of different coal would be different. A higher metamorphic degree of coal, a lower coal oxidation capacity would be and a higher feature temperature would be. The production value and temperature of CO and C2 H4 were in an index relationship. The relationship between the CO and Cz H4 production of different coal at a same temperature was determined.
