摘要
目的总结胸部肿瘤患者术后心律失常及围术期处理。方法对我院胸外科2007年1月—2012年5月189例胸部肿瘤患者术后发生心律失常的资料进行回顾性总结分析。结果术后出现心律失常98例,包括室上性心动过速58例、快速心房纤颤19例、房性期前收缩13例、室性期前收缩8例。结论对有高危因素的患者做好术前准备,对术后心律失常做出正确判断,及时去除病因及合理药物治疗,确保患者平稳渡过围术期至关重要。
Objective To summarize the arrhythmias of thoracic tumor patients after operation and perioperative treatment. Methods This research was a retrospective analyzation, included 189 patients hospitalized with thoracic tumor and occurred arrhythmias after operation from department of thoracic surgery of authors hospital from January 2007 to May 2012. Results Total 98 patiens occurred postoperative arrhythmia, including 58 for paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, 19 for atrial fibrillation with fast heartbeat, 13 for atril premature beats, and 8 for ventricular premature beats. Conclusion It is very important to do preoperative preparation with highrisk patients, make correct judgement to postoperative arrhythmias, remove pathogeny timely and rational drug therapy, ensure the patients spend perio operation period safely.
