摘要
政府管制在基本药物制度实施中发挥着重要的作用。文章基于经济学视角,分析基本药物制度实施的目标,进一步解释基本药物制度实施中进行政府管制的原因,以探索政府管制的应用与创新。提出积极建构激励性管制,保障基本药物制度的顺利实施。
Government regulation is very important in the implementation of essential drug system. From the perspective of economics, the goal of essential drug system was analyzed, and the reasons for government regulation were explained to explore the application and innovation of government regulation. Based on which, some countermeasures as establishing incentive regulation were put forward to ensure the implementation of essential drug system.
