摘要
通过试验考察了可再分散乳胶粉、水泥、纤维素醚、减水剂、早强剂及憎水剂用量对瓷砖胶粘剂浸水后及热老化后拉伸胶粘强度的影响。试验结果表明,可再分散乳胶粉、纤维素醚、减水剂、早强剂、憎水剂用量增加,及水泥用量降低都可以提高瓷砖胶粘剂的热老化后拉伸胶粘强度;可再分散乳胶粉、水泥、减水剂、早强剂、憎水剂用量增加,及纤维素醚用量降低都可以提高瓷砖胶粘剂浸水后的拉伸胶粘强度。
Through experimentation,the influences of re-dispersible powder, cement,cellulose ethers,water-reducing agent,early strength agent and hydrophobie agent dosage on tensile adhesive strength of ceramic tile adhesives after immersion in water and heat ageing were studied. The test result8 show that:increased use of re-dispersible powder, cellulose ethers,water-reducing agent, early strength agent and hydrophobic agent,and decreased use of cement can improve ceramic tile adhesives tensile adhesive strength after heat aging; increased use of redispersible powder, cement,water-reducing agent,early strength agent and hydrophohic agent, and decreased use of cellulose ethers can improve ceramic tile adhesives tensile adhesive strength after immersion in water.
