摘要
目的:观察全身垂直振动对去卵巢骨质疏松大鼠血清和骨组织碱性磷酸酶水平的影响。方法:将36只3月龄雌性SD大鼠按体重分层后随机分为假手术、去卵巢静止和去卵巢振动三组。去卵巢10周后,去卵巢振动组每天进行2次全身垂直振动治疗,振动频率90 Hz,时间15 min。治疗7周时,采用双能Χ线骨密度仪检测各组大鼠左侧离体股骨骨密度,用721分光光度计检测血清和右侧股骨远端碱性磷酸酶水平。结果:与假手术组比较,去卵巢静止组血清碱性磷酸酶水平显著增加,股骨远端碱性磷酸酶水平以及离体股骨近端和远端的骨密度显著下降,而离体股骨中段骨密度无显著变化。与去卵巢静止组比较,去卵巢振动组离体股骨远端碱性磷酸酶水平以及股骨近端和远端骨密度显著增加,而血清碱性磷酸酶水平和离体股骨中段骨密度无显著变化。结论:全身垂直振动可能通过增加骨组织碱性磷酸酶水平改善去卵巢骨质疏松大鼠的骨密度。
Objective This paper investigated the effects of whole-body vertical vibration on levels of alkaline phosphatase (ALP)in serum and bone of ovariectomized (OVX)rats with osteoporosis. Methods Thirty six 3-month-old female SD rats were randomly divided into following three groups according to their body weight: sham-operation group (Sham), OVX group, and OVX plus vibration group (V). After 10 weeks of ovariectomy,the group V was treated with whole-body vertical vibration for 15 min at a frequency of 90Hz twice a day. After 7 weeks of whole-body vertical vibration treatment,the bone mineral density (BMD)of left femur in vitro was detected by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry. The changes of serum and bone ALP levels were detected by 721 Photometer. Results Compared with the group Sham,the serum level of ALP in group OVX increased significantly,while the ALP level in distal femur and the BMD of proximal and distal femur in vitro decreased significantly,whereas,the BMD in medium femur in vitro remained unchanged. Compared with group OVX,the bone ALP level in distal femur and the BMD of proximal and distal femur in vitro in the group V increased significantly,while the serum ALP and the BMD in medium femur in vitro remained unchanged. Conclusion Whole-bodyvertical vibration may benefit the BMD of OVX rats with osteoporosis through increasing the bone ALP level.
