p27及皮层肌动蛋白的表达与涎腺腺样囊性癌嗜神经侵袭的相关性 被引量:1

Correlation between p27 and cortactin expressions and perineural invasion capacity of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨p27及皮层肌动蛋白与涎腺腺样囊性癌(SACC)神经侵袭的相关性。方法SACC患者22例分为神经侵袭组(12例)和无神经侵袭组(10例)。采用免疫组化技术检测两组p27和皮层肌动蛋白的表达情况。结果神经侵袭组p27的阳性表达低于无神经侵袭组(P<0.05)。神经侵袭组皮层肌动蛋白的阳性表达高于无神经侵袭组(P<0.05)。SACC病理分级与其有无神经侵袭显著相关(P<0.05)。结论 p27及皮层肌动蛋白可能成为涎腺腺样囊性癌神经侵犯的标志物和治疗的靶基因。 Objective To investigate the correlation of p27 and cortactin expressions and perineural invasion of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma(SACC).Methods The expressions of p27 and cortactin of SACC were detected using immunohistochemistry in 12 cases(group A) with perineural invasion and 10 cases(group B) without perineural invasion.Results The positive expression rate of p27 was lower,but that of cortactin was higher,in group A than those in group B(P0.05).The pathological degree of SACC was closely related to its perineural invasion capacity(P0.05).Conclusion p27 and cortactin may be the potential biomarkers for predicting the perineural invasion of SACC and the target gene in its treatment.
