摘要
作为避孕疫苗的生殖激素抗原主要有:GnRH、FSH、LH及hCG。这些抗原显示了不同程度的避孕效应,其中,hCG疫苗是唯一进入Ⅱ期临床试验的避孕疫苗;而且,GnRH及hCG疫苗在非避孕方面具有广阔的应用前景。
The molecules that being explored for contraceptive vaccine (CV) development mainly include reproductive hormones GnRH, FSH, LH and hCG. CV targeting the above-mentioned antigens has shown varieddegrees of contraceptive efficiency. The hCG vaccine is the first vaccine to undergo Phase I and Phase II clinical trials in humans. Moreover, both GnRH and hCG vaccines have an exciting application prospects in non-contraceptive fields.
