梯度热处理对Ti_2AlNb/TC11双合金焊件焊接界面显微组织的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用梯度热处理对近等温锻造的真空电子束焊接的Ti2AlNb/TC11双合金进行热处理,利用OM对热处理前后的焊接界面组织进行观察分析,研究了梯度热处理对焊接界面显微组织的影响。实验结果表明,梯度热处理前后Ti-22Al-25Nb侧热影响区显微组织变化不大,但热处理后第二相有所球化长大;TC11侧热影响区由网篮组织转变为双态组织;焊缝区组织变化明显,大量短棒状、球状第二相弥散析出,且分布比较均匀,这可能是梯度热处理使合金元素均匀分布所致。 The gradient heat treatment was adopted in near isothermally forged Ti2A1Nb/TC 11 dual alloys which was obtained by vacuum electron beam welding. The weld interface structure before and after the heat treatment was observed by OM. The effects of gradient heat treatment on the microstructure were studied. The results show that after gradient heat treatment, the microstructure of heat-affected zone in Ti-22A1-25Nb alloy side changes slightly. The second phases are spheroidized and grown up. The basket mierostructure transformes into two-state microstructure in heat-affected zone of TC 11 alloy side. The microstructure of weld seam changes significantly. Lots of short rod and spherical second phases are precipitated and evenly distributed. This may be due to the alloying elements distributing uniformly after gradient heat treatment.
