摘要 目的:研究七氟烷和丙泊酚两种麻醉诱导方法对于血流动力学和脑电双频指数(BIS)的影响。方法:将实施腹腔镜辅助下胆囊切除术60例患者分为两组,A组:吸入末浓度达到并维持2.6~3.5%七氟烷麻醉诱导;B组:血浆浓度2.8μg/ml丙泊酚静脉麻醉诱导。观察期间血液动力学与BIS值的变化。结果:两种方法都可以达到较理想的麻醉深度,但A组血液动力学变化非常明显。结论:在麻醉诱导期间,两种方式都有合适的麻醉深度,但循环抑制均较明显。 Objective:To observe the effects of sevoflurance inhalation induction and propofol target controlled infusion(TCI) on bispectral index(BIS) and hemodynamic changes during the induction anesthesia in gallbladder laparoscopy operation.Methods:60 patients scheduled for gallbladder laparoscopy operation were divided into 2 groups.Patients were randomly received with either sevoflurance inhalation which its reached End-tidal concentration and then maintained 2.8%~3.4%(group A;n=30) or propofol with a plasmatic target concentration of 3.0?g/ml(group B;n=30).changes in the hemodynamics and BIS were observed at time points before and after induction or intubation.Results:During the induction anesthesia the BIS value decreased significantly and reached at ideal level of anesthesia and changes in the hemodynamics were too significant in group A.Conclusion:Induction anesthesia with sevoflurance inhalation and propofol target controlled infusion(TCI) can get depth content of anesthesia,but changes in the hemodynamics should be monitored carefully during the induction anesthesia.
