摘要
用X射线微区分析法测定了莲果皮的化学元素组成,主要含有Na,Mg,AI,si,P,S,Cl,K,Ca等9种元素,偶见Mn与Fe。在发育过程中Ca的含量递增,而K,Cl,S,P 4种的元素含量递减。在不同组织中,上述元素含量差异显著。如外表皮中Ca含量最高,而内表皮中K的含量最高。土壤对莲果皮的元素组成影响很大,莲的同一品种磨山红栽种于武汉及北京两地,其Si,Al,Mg和ca含量差异非常显著。
The elemental composition of mature pericarp of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn is analysed by X-ray microanalysis. There are Na, Mg, AI, Si, P, S, Cl, K and Ca 9 kinds of elements mainly, Mn and Fe rarely. The percentage of Ca increases and that of K, Cl, S and P fall down during developing procedure of pericarp. The content of each element in different tissues is quite different. For example, the contents of Ca and K are the highest in the outer and inner epidermis respectively. Soil affects elemental composition in pericarp, especially in outer epidermis seriously. The contents of Si, Al, Mg and Ca between mature pericarp of the same lotus cultivar 'Moshanhong' grown in Wuhan and Beijing are quite different.
