摘要
结合印尼某电厂烟囱钢内筒施工,以一次穿线退锚换点原理为重点,介绍整体悬挂式钢内筒退锚换点法液压提升施工技术及工艺,主要包括螺旋退锚调节器结构构造及应用、提升换点系统组成、液压千斤顶受力支承点与原设计结构荷载等同布置原则及钢绞线周转利用技术。退锚换点提升技术具有简化工序、换点安全可靠、减少高空作业、降低钢绞线消耗等优点,是对液压提升工艺的进一步改进和优化。
Combined with an Indonesian power plant's chimney steel liner installation and taken the principle of backing anchors with shift-point as a key,the presentation of integral suspended steel liner backing anchors with shift-point hydraulic lifting construction and process is introduced,which mainly consists of spiral backing anchors regulator structure and application,lifting shift-point system,hydraulic jack bearing supporting point and original design load equivalence arrangement principle and strand turnover utilization techniques.Backing anchors with shift-point lifting technique have some advantages,such as simple process,shifting point securely and reliably,decreasing high attitude operation,and reducing strand consumption etc.,which is a further improvement and optimization of hydraulic lifting technique.
