摘要
在高温下的氢和硫化氢以及在低温下的硫化氢、硫化铵和氯化铵是造成尾油加氢装置腐蚀的主要原因。通过分析40万吨/年尾油加氢装置相关介质数据,得出尾油加氢装置高温下的氢腐蚀、硫化氢腐蚀和铵盐冲刷腐蚀的机理,并提出预防措施。
The main reason of corrosion of unconverted-oil hydrocracker installation is hydrogen and hydrogen sulfide under the condition of high temperature and hydrogen sulfide, ammonium sulfide and ammonia chloride under low temperature condition. Through the analysis of date of medium of 400000 t/a unconverted-oil hydrocracker installation, corrosion mechanism of hydrogen corrosion and hydrogen sulfide corrosion under the condition of high temperature and ammonium salt Erosion-corrosion. The prevention measures were put forward.
