摘要
探索"铁碳微电解+fenton组合工艺"对高浓度制药废水的处理效能,采用实验室小试方式对制药废水的处理进行研究,探讨不同的运行条件、不同工艺组合对制药废水处理效果的影响。结果表明:H2O2投加量为3%(双氧水与水样体积比)时去除效果最佳,H2O2与Fe的最佳摩尔比为5∶1;两级芬顿串联反应时,最佳投加组合为3%+2%;多级串联芬顿可提高去除效果。
To explore the high concentration pharmaceutical wastewater treatment efficiency of "iron carbon micro electrolysis + Fenton combined process", The pharmaceutical wastewater treatment is researched by laboratory test methods, to explore the different operating conditions and different combinations of process for pharmaceutical wastewater treatment effect. The results showed that: when the dosage of HzO2 was 3 % (volume ratio of hydrogen peroxide and water), the removal was he best, the optima[ molar ratio of H202 and Fe was 5 : l; When two Fenton tandem react, the optimal dosage combinations was 3 %+2 %; Multistage tandem Fenton can improve the removal efficiency.
