摘要
在郑州地铁车站基坑工程现场试验基础上,分析了轴力计空载和负载状态下轴力示值受温度因素影响的变化规律,建立了空载温变率和空载温变系数等参数之间的联系;通过剔除温度影响,总结了无温度影响条件下钢支撑轴力变化规律。建议轴力计生产厂家在供货时应标注空载温变系数,以便于监测人员准确分析支撑轴力变化情况。
Axial forces in steel struts applied in metro pit are monitored in the whole process of construction. Then, the temperature effects of axial force gauge are summarized under void load and practical load condition respectively. After eliminating the temperature effects on force gauge, the axial force evolution procedure is described. It is suggested that the void-load temperature factor of force gauge should be provided by the manufacturer.
