混凝土梁桥自监测裂缝自闭合试验研究

摘要 通过SMA埋入梁体,进行混凝土梁桥自监测裂缝自闭合试验,试验拟合出梁裂缝宽度变化与SMA电阻变化率的曲线关系,得到了在混凝土梁允许裂缝范围内对应的SMA电阻变化率的安全区段,实现了混凝土梁桥在突发开裂情况下的智能预报;同时对梁中埋入的SMA实施相应的电压激励,在电流作用下,随着合金丝温度的升高,合金内部由马氏体相向奥氏体相转变,马氏体相状态下产生的塑性变形随之消失并产生回复力作用于混凝土使结构变形恢复,实现混凝土裂缝的自闭合,SMA将桥梁监测带进了一个新领域。 By the self-monitoring and self-repairing experiment to the concrete bridge beams along the length of the beam SMA (shape memory alloys) is embedded into. The relationship between the structural deformation of concrete beam and change of the SMA resistance was simulated and analyse when structural was metamorphosing. When, according to the beam embedded forecastly in the SMA implemented the corresponding voltage incentive. With the increase of temperature of alloy wire, martensite phase changed into austenitic phase. At the same time, the state of the plastic deformation disappeared. Under the current, becausing of restore power working to the concrete structure, structure deformation resumed. The self-healing and emergency self-repair of cracks in concrete structure came true.
