摘要
要建设和谐企业,就必须抓住"人"这一关键点,坚持以人为本,从满足员工的心理需求出发,切实提升员工对于现实状况的满足感、幸福感。要做到这一点,首要的就是要正确认识员工的幸福需求,其次是要深刻了解员工幸福感的现状,通过认真分析影响员工幸福感的因素,实现员工幸福感提升与企业和谐发展的双赢局面。
To build a harmonious enterprise, the key point is to lay emphasis on human, adhere to the principle of human first, and to meet the employees' psychological needs. To'help employees have more sense of satisfaction and happiness, the enterprise should, firstly, have correct understanding of employees" happiness, secondly, analyze the situation and identify the factors that affect employees" happiness, and finally improve staff's well--being and realize enterprises" harmonious develop- ment, which is a win--win to both individuals and enterprises.
